Both mobile stores prohibit pornographic material in the apps they distribute. Apple's review guidelines rule out overtly sexual content, and Google Play's developer policy bars sexually explicit content; both are enforced at review, and both are revised often enough that quoting a clause number here would be a way of being wrong by next quarter.
